Add an Employee
Notify us that you have a New Hire and we'll take care of the benefits enrollment for you. Simple, secure and HIPAA-compliant.
Immediately after you enter the new employee into your payroll system:
- Log in to Employee Navigator
- Select "Add New Employee" on the left side
IMPORTANT notice regarding ACA Federal mandate:
Please give the employee a copy of your Benefits Booklet and require them to log in to Employee Navigator within 14 days of hire to access the ACA Exchange Notice and select desired benefits.
