Simplifying Time Off Requests
Our paid time off (PTO) tracking system eliminates paper and verbal requests.
- The employees log in to submit their time off requests; the website shows them how much vacation, sick leave, etc. they have available.
- The system sends email notifications of their requests to their supervisor, who logs in, views the leave calendar and decides whether to approve.
- The employees receive email notifications with the status of their requests.
When it comes time to run payroll, simply run a report. The system tracks how many days or hours each employee has used for each type of time off benefit; as days are used, the system keeps a running count of days remaining.
